Unique handcrafted jewelry in rural Maine
Hello! My name is Catherine Kimball and I design and create jewelry using high Karat gold, Sterling silver, semi precious beads and gemstones. Sometimes I incorporate raw, natural elements like crystals, bear claws, bone, and seed pods in my work . My favorite designs are reminiscent of what I call Ancient Style jewelry, ie- a ring or bracelet that belonged to a culture from long, long ago.
Some of you may know me from the summer craft fairs in the Rangeley, Maine region. Or perhaps you wandered into my summer studio at The Hiker Hut near the Appalachian Trail in the past. I have now relocated to beautiful, rural Brooks, Maine in the Mid Coast Region (near Belfast). When not in my home studio working I wander the many acres of woods and fields enjoying the abundant wildlife and birds that surround me.
